The HBCU GOLF Foundation was founded on a simple belief: every talented young golfer deserves a clear pathway to a college education.
To serve as the world's premier recruiting and development platform, connecting talented youth golfers with scholarship opportunities at Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
To create a more diverse and inclusive future for the game of golf by empowering the next generation of student-athletes and strengthening HBCU athletic programs.

The HBCU GOLF Foundation is led by a dedicated team of HBCU graduates including former HBCU golfers, HBCU coaches, and seasoned golf industry professionals. Collectively, we bring over 40 years of combined expertise across every facet of the game—from collegiate coaching and player development to golf manufacturing, tournament operations, and youth program leadership.
This unique fusion of experience means we understand the journey from both sides of the fairway: what it takes to compete at the collegiate level and what coaches look for in a recruit. We are not just advisors; we are advocates who have walked the path ourselves. The Foundation's founder also operates College Fairway Advisors, a for-profit advisory service, ensuring that families have access to both free and premium options on their recruiting journey.
Our mission is rooted in this firsthand knowledge. We are committed to identifying, developing, and connecting the next generation of talent with HBCU golf programs. By doing so, we aim to preserve the legacy of HBCU golf, ensure its vibrant future, and open doors for young athletes to achieve their academic and athletic dreams.
